The Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) is the Philippines’ largest and longest-running book fair, with origins dating back to the early 1980s. Initially envisioned as a venue to foster a love for reading and strengthen the local publishing industry, it has since evolved into a celebrated national institution.
The Philippines’ biggest and most anticipated literary event returns on September 10–14, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center Manila—with a bold new theme that celebrates storytelling in all its evolving expressions.
